David L. Cundick, DDS
Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial SurgeonDr. Cundick completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University-Idaho where he obtained a degree in Biology. He then chose to continue his education at the State University of New York at Buffalo College of Dentistry where he graduated with honors. Upon completion of his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Cundick was accepted into the hospital based residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nassau University Medical Center on Long Island, New York.
Dr. Cundick completed the four year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency where he ascended to Chief Resident. While at Nassau University Medical Center, Dr. Cundick received extensive hands-on training in providing various forms of anesthesia including general anesthesia and intravenous sedation.
Following completion of his residency, Dr. Cundick went through the rigorous process of seeking board certification in which he was successful. He is a proud Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Cundick is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
Dr. Cundick is on staff and maintains privileges at San Juan Regional Medical Center.
